Host Family Care, a more naturalistic alternative to institutional care, provides respite and care for people living with a disability. The care is provided by a qualified, well – supported carer in the carer’s home. The person being supported has the opportunity to live as a part of a family while staying with the carer and participating in the every day life and routine of the carer’s home.
LeapFrog Ability also provides “Reverse Cycle” care – supporting a client in his or her own home or in a home in the community.
Community Access Support is also available for social, travel or other activities.
All carers employed by Leapfrog Ability have undergone strict screening checks, training and are supported throughout their time working with clients.
