Leapfrog Ability is excited to announce that we are partnering with LiveBetter Services Limited, also a not for profit organisation and one of the largest NDIS providers in regional New South Wales.
In addition to disability services, LiveBetter has a broad portfolio of community supports and services. These include Aged Care, Child & Family/Clinical, Disability and Mental Health services.
Together, Leapfrog and LiveBetter will continue to provide high quality services to all of our existing service areas across the Greater Hunter, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast.
Why the change?
For some time, Leapfrog has been searching for ways to improve our service offering to better support our clients and capacity to provide services sustainably. Similarly, LiveBetter has been seeking opportunities to bring their considerable portfolio of community services into our region. The result is a mutually beneficial partnership that will create positive outcomes for our clients, staff and our community.
What will change?
In terms of the services we currently provide and the staff who provide them, nothing will change as a result of our partnership with LiveBetter.
Leapfrog Ability will continue to operate as normal, but in the short-term, Leapfrog and LiveBetter will enter a Contract arrangement while we complete all the regulatory processes to become a single organisation. This partnership will eventually be reflected in our Service Agreements.
In time, our two organisations will become a single legal entity and share a combined Business and NDIA Provider Registration. Once that happens, Leapfrog Service Agreements will be made exclusively between clients and LiveBetter.
